SheDigsIt, LLC, subcontracted under McCownGordon Construction, completed below-grade stormwater retention work along with public storm and site utility work for the Barney Allis Plaza redevelopment. A key scope of work included the installation of a complex underground detention system to support the project’s vital stormwater management infrastructure.

Our work contributed to the redevelopment of the aging plaza into a modernized urban park with integrated subterranean parking serving the convention center and surrounding downtown district.
